Payment Options

Payment is required at the time services are rendered. Services and fees will always be discussed with you before treatment is given. We’re also always happy to provide an estimate. 

We accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and CareCredit.
In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.

Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate by appointment. 

If you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment, we request that you please give us a call and let us know beforehand. We will be more than happy to reschedule for a date and time that works for you!

We make every effort to see clients and patients on time. However, unexpected emergencies and urgent care cases may create inevitable delays at times. We ensure these are minimized as much as possible.

Patient Arrival Policy

To keep all people and pets safe, and minimize stress in the waiting area, dogs and cats must arrive on a leash or in a carrier.

If you think your pet may have a contagious condition, like kennel cough, parvovirus, or ringworm, please call before you arrive. In an effort to prevent the spread of disease, we will make special arrangements for your pet to enter our facility safely.

Prescription Refill Policy
Please allow 72 hours for refills.  There is no guarantee we can complete same day orders. If we have not seen your pet within a year for an exam, we legally cannot prescribe/refill medications.
